SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We take pride in your fulfilling your orders and are using volunteers from Christian Surfers to manage the process. We therefore are only able to offer an estimate window for delivery times from the date the order is placed until it is delivered by the courier/postage service. We will do our best to process your order and dispatch in your nation (name) as quickly as possible but we estimate any standard order placed will take 7-10 working days until delivery to your chosen address. (This timeframe excludes weekends when most postal services do not operate).

We are only able to offer flat price rates for shipping and orders can only be made in the quantities as shown on the website due to fulfilment and packaging practicalities and restrictions.

If a product does not arrive within the estimated timeframe please let us know within 14 days of the due delivery date so we can investigate.

Refunds & Returns

If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement or a refund for shipping and/or donation if required. Please note you must send photos of any damage so that we can take it up with our courier. You can contact us [email protected]

If you change your mind, you can return the item for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please first contact us to let us know you’re returning your item, so we can provide the address for you to return it to. Please note you are liable for the item until its safe arrival back, so we always advise re-sending in its original packaging a retaining proof of postage.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, you will be notified by email and a credit will be actioned to your original method of payment, by Christian Surfers International within 7 days.

Banks and online payment companies refund processes can take between 5-10 days to process and show up on your statement following us activating a refund. So if you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, first check your bank account and contact your bank/credit card company.

If you would like to make a complaint or are unhappy about any part of the process with the Surfers Bible or would like to give feedback, please write to [email protected]

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Surfers Bibles or any content on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice and we may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws Australia.
